Directive 05 of 2077: beneficial ownership filing deadlines

Every close corporation and company must file beneficial ownership annually, and within seven days of any change.

What changed

The deadline is now seven days after any change in beneficial ownership.

  • File a BO2 if nothing has changed
  • File a BO1 if it has
