PUBLIC NOTICE
Dear Valued Client,
In our effort to continuously improve our service levels to serve you
better. Please be informed that our client service staff at BIPA Head
Office will be conducting training every Friday and will thus be
unavailable from 14h00- 16h30 on the following Fridays:
¢ Friday, 7th October
¢ Friday, 14 October
¢ Friday, 21 October
¢ Friday 28th October
The client service office will be open from 08h30— 13h00 on the
above-mentioned dates.
Kindly be advised that the following services will still be available during
this time:
o Intellectual Property Queries and Application
o Annual duty statements and queries
o Annual Duty verification
o Records and Archives
o Refund application
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
