For the purpose of improved administration and

turnaround times, the public is herewith notified that, as

from 01 August 2021, all Close Corporation Amendments

(CC2’s) should include the following documents:

o Where previous amendments were made, a recent copy

of the amended Founding Statement (CC2);

o Acopy of the original founding statement (CC1);

o Anupdated and paid-up statement of Annual Duties.
