to be alert for

fraudulent activities

in BIPA’s name

Dear valued clients,

Please note that BIPA does not employ an external debt collection agency to

recover outstanding Annual Duties, nor any other fees.

Clients are advised to be cautious if they are approached by strangers, claiming

to collect annual duties or any other fees on behalf of BIPA.

Furthermore, clients are requested to only pay cash at the BIPA offices or

directly into BIPA’s Bank Accounts. Please verify our bank account details by

calling BIPA’s offices, or by visiting our website (under ‘contact us’) before

making any payments.

If you are approached by suspicious individuals or entities, please do

not hesitate to contact our Finance Office for more information:
