How to reference when

making payments

EFTs / Bank Deposits

BIPA used to work with revenue stamps, however this payment method has been

phased out. You can now pay via bank deposit, EFT, or on-site. We have POS

machines at the cashiers, for clients who want to swipe.

It is important to note that, when you pay via EFT or bank deposit that you use the

correct reference. Please bear in mind that we receive hundreds of payments per

day into our account. If you do not use the proper reference, we cannot allocate

your paymentto your account.

The correct reference would always be your CC or Company Registration number. If

the payment is made for an on-line name reservation, you should use the NRA

number that is generated by the system. In the absence of an NRA Number, use a

combination of your Identity Number and the code of the application form you are

lodging as reference, i.e CC8-99123456789.

When you do a payment via EFT or bank deposit, please submit your proof of

payment, together with your ID, to us within 24 hours. This can be emailed to

debtors@bipa.na.
