Dear Valued Client,

We wish to inform you of a recent update to our

Beneficial Ownership (BO) form requirements.

Effective immediately, we have amended the BO

form to remove the necessity for submitting proof of

residence for beneficial owners.

This decision has been made to streamline the

process, thereby enhancing efficiency and

convenience for our clients.

Furthermore, please be advised that by 29 February

2024, BIPA will no longer accept the old forms. We

urge all stakeholders to transition to the updated BO

form to ensure compliance with regulatory

requirements.

We appreciate your understanding and continued

support as we strive to improve our services and

regulatory compliance processes.
