PUBLIC NOTICE:
BUSINESS REGISTRATION APPLICATION FORMAT AND REQUIREMENTS
In order to avoid delays, kindly adhere to the following requirements:
1. The following applications can only be filed through (ICSF) online
registration : www.bipa.na
https://services.icsf.gov.na/nas/process/SYSTEM/AuthenticationService
¢ Name Reservation for Close Corporation
¢ Defensive Name (for names approved through ICSF)
¢ Close Corporation (for names approved through ICSF)
*The rest of the applications must be submitted through email or over
the Counter at BIPA Offices or Ministry of Industrialization and Trade
Regional Offices
2. when submitting document via BIPA Email Account:
¢ Email to - bipaapplications@gmail.com
¢ Document size : 5MB
¢ Format: PDF (combined into a single document)
¢ Email only one set of the application (no triplicate & not need to
notarize)
3. When submitting over the Counter at BIPA office:
¢ Submit only one set of the original application (no need to
notarize)
¢ Format— Do not bind the documents (including the Memorandum
and Articles of association for Companies)
4. Procedure when submitting at BIPA:
¢ Referencing
¢ Payment confirmation
¢ Scanning
¢ Collect your original application before leaving BIPA Offices
5. General Requirements for all Applications
¢ Provide the email addresses where the registration documents
should be sent after processing
¢ |no email address provided you may collect approved documents
at BIPA office
