NEW FORMS FOR

BUSINESS REGISTRATION SERVICES

Please take note that the new Business Registration Forms, which are

‘aligned to the Financial iteligence Act, have been gazetted. The use

‘of theze form will be efactve from 0% November 2020, the Business

4 intellectual property Authorty wil, thus no longer accept the old

Business Registration forms.

198 will only process lodgements on the new forms, which are

idanttiabe bythe barcode (eee example below), all the new Business

Registration forms are avaiable onthe website:

luni bipana/downloads; at the IPA offices in Windhoek and

Swakopmund, as well as the regional offices of the Ministry of

Industriaiztion and Trade,
