PUBLIC NOTICE:
ANNUAL RETURNS AND DUTIES
PENALTIES WAIVER
Dear Valued Client,
As part of our contribution towards easing the
financial burden on Namibian business owners,
BIPA hereby waives the fees payable for failure to
submit or late submission of annual returns, and
the additional fees for failure to pay annual duties
for entities whose financial year-end was _ in
February and March; and who ought to have
submitted their annual returns by end March and
end April 2020, respectively.
This waiver applies to annual returns and duties
filed on or before Friday, 22 May 2020.
