COVID -19:

Reducing visits to the BIPA office

Dear Valued Client

In an effort to reduce contact between people and inhibit the spread of the Covid-19 (corona)

virus, we are herewith requesting clients to:

Only visit our offices in person if you require urgent assistance;

For general queries and assistance, please rather contact us via email at info@bipa.na or

telephonically at 061-299 4447 or 061-299 4426 (Head Office), 061-299 4452 (Katutura

Branch) or 064-464 178 (Swakopmund Office);

For corrections of business registration mistakes and good standing certificates, please

include a scanned copy of the founding statement when you send an email to info@bipa.na;

For annual duty statements, please email debtors@bipa.na;

Clients are further requested to make EFT payments or direct deposits at the Bank, as BIPA

will not accept cash from 23 March 2020. All bank account details are available on the BIPA

website under ‘Contact Us’ as well as ‘Downloads/How to’.

Although we will make all efforts to ensure that our service delivery to you remains of a high

standard, please note that delays might be expected as BIPA re-arranges its operations to limit

staff’s exposure to infection.
