Online Submissions

Our online service portal remains available for Name Reservations as well as

Defensive Names and Close Corporations applications. The online registration

service for Companies will be introduced in due time. To register via the online

platform, log on to www.bipa.na.

Payment of Small Amounts

Kindly note that BIPA previously announced that it would render the following

services for free:

This service will only be available until 30 August 2020 and full charges will

resume on 1 September 2020. Alternative payment options include bank deposit,

EFT, POS/card-facilities at the BIPA offices and cell phone payments (to be

confirmed).
