BIPA SERVICES RENDERED

DURING STAGE 3

Dear Valued Client,

Following the announcement that Namibia reverts back to Stage 3 of the State of

Emergency in the light of the Covid-19 pandemic, please note that BIPA will put

the following measures in place. These measures are aimed at protecting both

our employees and clients.

General Queries at the BIPA offices

For general queries, clients can visit the BIPA offices, where waiting customers will

be strictly subjected to the approved Covid-19 prevention measures, such as

sanitising, social distancing and the wearing of masks.

Alternatively, general queries can be submitted via phone, or email (please refer

to the contact information on the next page).

Collections of applications:

Applications may be collected from BIPA’s office in Swakopmund or Windhoek,

Monday to Friday from 08:00 — 12:00.

Email submissions

Please note that, due to continuous challenges with email lodgements, BIPA

herewith advises that it will discontinue its email submission channels as from 1

September 2020.

Therefore, the email address, applications @bipa.na, will only be available until 30

August 2020. As from 1 September 2020, all submissions should be lodged at

BIPA’s Windhoek Office, Swakopmund Office or at the Ministry of Trade and SME

Development (MITSMED) offices in all regions.
