New Contact Detail

Please take note of the following new email addresses for

communication:

¢ All queries about regional applications must, as of today, be

emailed to region@bipa.na and not info@bipa.na. Kindly use

region@bipa.na for queries relating to applications submitted

in the regions; as well as applications submitted over the

counter at Katurura.

  • Queries relating to submissions over the counter at the BIPA

Headoffice in the Windhoek Northern Industrial Area, must still

be directed to info@bipa.na.

¢« When requesting files for purposes of updating CC2’s, kindly

direct requests to region@bipa.na copied to archive@bipa.na,

and not to filerequests@bipa.na. When requesting for copies,

proof of payment of the relevant fees must be send with the

requests.

The fees are:

CC1 copy: NS9.00

CC2 copy: N$8.00

Defensive Name Copies: NS$5.00

PTY’s: NS1.00 per page
