SUBMISSIONS OF CM29 AND CM31 IN

DUPLICATE

Dear Valued Client,

Following the recent implementation of new stamps for both

new business and amendment applications, to improve internal

controls. The Registrar would like to notify all BIPA clients that as

from 13 October 2022, all CM29 and CM31 submissions should to

be lodged in duplicate.

This will allow BIPA to remit a full copy of such an application

(instead of just the tear-off slip) back to the client, which will

include the tear-off slip, once the amendment has been

processed.

BIPA would like to thank our clients for their continued

indulgence as we enhance the streamlining of our processes.
