REGISTRAR’S DIRECTIVE (RD NO 5 of 2020)

AMENDMENTS TO COMPANY FILES/RECORDS

The public is herewith notified that from 1 December 2020,

amendments of company records will only be processed if

such company is in good standing with respect to annual

return submissions, as well as payment of the associated

annual duties, dating back to 2012 to date.

A list of the forms used to update the company records

relevant to this Directive is annexed hereto.
