Notice to clients:

Processing time for amendments

Please take note that, due to our ongoing Data Assurance

Project, all over-the-counter submissions for amendments

will take

15 working days to process.

BIPA’s Data Assurance Project is

aimed at updating all records on the Integrated Companies

Registration System, which will in future ensure improved

client service to our customers.

We therefore want to encourage clients to submit their

requests for amendments well in advance to prevent delays.

For Regional applications, amendment requests will be

processed within 15 working days from receipt of the

application at the BIPA Offices.

Clients are further encouraged to submit, together with

their applications, copies of all previous founding

documents of the entity as well as proof of payment of all

Annual Duties for the period 2012 to date, for creation of a

temporary file should it be necessary.
