SERVICE DELIVERY CONSTRAINTS

Dear Valued Client

The Business and Intellectual Property Authority wishes to inform our valued

clients that we are currently experiencing slower service delivery, notably

with regards to payment verification and the issuing of receipts.

This follows after we identified the need to reorganise our staff complement,

following an incident where a staff member was suspected to have been

exposed to Covid-19. The staff member and relevant colleagues are in

isolation, pending confirmation of results.

To reduce the impact of the staff shortage, BIPA will remain

open until 17h00 today.

Alternatively, clients are encouraged to submit their applications online or via

email to applications@bipa.na. General queries can be directed to

info@bipa.na. We further encourage clients to utilise EFT and direct bank

deposits where possible (bank details available under Contact Us on our

website, www.bipa.na.
