BIPA EXTENDS CLIENT SERVICES HOURS
THROUGH LUNCH
In response to suggestions by our clients, and to improve our service offerings to YOU,
BIPA is piloting extended hours at our Client Service Centre at the PZN Building in the
Northern Industrial Area, Windhoek for a period of 6 months.
To accommodate our clients better, BIPA will now remain OPEN during lunch hours
(13h00— 14h00) offering ONLY the following limited services:

Collection of approved documents
Payments and statements
File inspection and file requests
Submission of Bulk Annual Returns
Call Centre (All enquiries)
We trust that the extended operating hours will meaningfully assist our clients to
finalise their registrations and amendments with less effort.
