PEAK PERIOD CAUSES DELAY IN ANNUAL DUTY

STATEMENTS

Please be advised that February-March is a peak period for BIPA in terms of

payments and annual duty filing. Further, as an overwhelming number of

queries for annual duty statements have been received, our Finance

department is currently experiencing a backlog and delay in responding

timeously to client requests.

Also, due to high volumes of calls, clients may experience longer periods in

the queue. We are currently trying our utmost best to attend to the high

volumes of enquiries and have committed to clear this by the end of March

2022.

Once the backlog is cleared, clients can expect a turnaround time of 48

hours for annual duty statement requests.

NOTE: Clients are requested to provide proof of payments (receipts of 2012-

date) to avoid delays in the issuing of statements and retrieval of files from

the archives.
