BUSINESS REGISTRATION

REQUIREMENTS

Dear Valued Client,

Please note the new submission formats and procedures

for Business Registration Applications:

SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS VIA EMAIL:

Kindly note that the bipaapplications@gmail address will

only be available until 5 July 2020. As from 6 July 2020, all

submissions can be emailed to applications@bipa.na and

the gmail address will be discontinued.

Emailed documents should comply to the following

standards:

Any other file format, including jpeg and WhatsApp

images, will be rejected.

¢ Size of documents: no larger than 5 MB

¢ — Attach valid Proof of Payment

SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS OVER THE COUNTER AT THE

BIPA OFFICE:

¢ Triplicate submissions required;

¢ — Attach Proof of Payment

¢ Notarise copies where so require
